Pet sitting provides a more convenient, less stressful alternative to boarding your pet's and leaving your home unattended while you are away.

Dog walking benefits your canine companion in many ways including helping to avoid obesity and related health conditions including diabetes, heart disease and arthritis.

Any drastic changes to your pet's schedule and normal routines can be both emotionally and physically upsetting. 

Most pet's are much happier and safer when they remain home and having a professional sitter care for them while you are away has many benefits. However, there are some instances where allowing them to stay at home is not a good idea. 

If your pet is ill or suffers from a disease that requires constant monitoring then boarding at a vet's office would be the best alternative.

If your pet suffers from separation anxiety, a boarding facility with other animals, sights and sounds may be more beneficial than leaving them home in your absence.
